I have written a new case summary of a Norwegian hate speech case brought by the Oslo Police’s Hate Crimes Unit under Norwegian General Penal Code Paragraph 185, and decided by Oslo Magistrate’s Court in May 2016 for Columbia University’s Columbia Global Freedom of Expression Project.
